As all products are produced in Vietnam by local suppliers, returns are not possible. However if your not satisfied with the product please get in touch and we can provide a refund / site credit to your account.
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
All Sales are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD)
We currently only ship within Vietnam using local supplier network and or local delivery drivers to ship door to door.
All Metro deliveries are $5 AUD
Express same day deliveries are $11 AUD
Same day deliveries orders must be placed and confirmed before 12noon Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
