Here are some common questions about our company.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened hampers provided they are in their original condition. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

Please note that certain items, Cakes, flowers and personalised gifts are may not be eligible for return.

We accept all Major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

All fees and charges will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

Absolutely! If a gift is out of stock, you can place a special order through our website or by contacting the store. We'll notify you once the item is back in stock.
